how to disable the help voice grammar when using form element

my environment is call studio 11.0, nuance 10 with asr, when i use the form element and input mode set "voice" ,  i noticed that the cisco voice gateway send the help voice grammar to nuance, I want to know how to set to disable the help voice grammar in the call studio? thanks.

In the application root document (Project / properties /call studio /root doc) set the VoiceXML Property Name: universals and its value to: none
