How to get ECC variable in Finesse for ECE Chat

We have ECE up and running on one of our Major customers, and we need to get ECC variable on finesse for a chat (either on ECE gadget or any customize gadget). 
 
We have customized the ECE form and set the ECC variable by following ECE Admin guide, now I can see ECC variable are available in the TCD(Termination Call Detail ) table but I need to get this ECC variable on finesse gadget when the chat initiate but we are not getting any data on the gadget. 
 
We have expertise in voice gadget development where we can easily get (CallVariable, ECC variable ) in the voice gadget but we are not getting these values in chat (ECE Gadget). 
 
If you have any doc, which can help us to achieve this, would be grateful.

So the problem statement is that you are not seeing any data in this ECC Var? 

 

If yes, Please confirm below steps are done. 

1. if you have created the custom attributes at "Activity data" object in ECE and mapped this in pre-login form and the values are passed through pre-login screen and stored in ECE DB? 

2. Map this custom attribute to ECC Variable in ECE.

3. Add this to the queue on which you are receiving the chat.


Once above is done ECE will pass this data to ICM and the data should get displayed in Finesse.
