how to install PG Peneric type

in icm 8.0

i config the PG type is PG Peneric type in configuration manager and config the CM and VRU pim

then i should choose which one type to install the PG...?

i add the callmanager and VRU in PG1 but not working..

what "not working"? Please be more specific. An error message would help.

I see you are completely new at this topic. I would strongly recommend to attend the UCCE bootcamp or whatever they call it these days. Learning ICM without a training can be fun, but sometimes it isn't. Most of the time, I mean, it isn't.

but CM and CVP is OK..
