How to pass data from one script to another after operator call transfer

Hello, colleagues

I have a task from my customer. I will be grateful if you help to me to solve my issue. We have Script1 where incoming calls is distribute to agents. When agent end serve incoming call then he transfer call to another Script2 where client is might to grade quality of contact center service. It is possible to pass some variables from Script1 to Script2? How i can to do this?

May be it is possible to do over  Get Session, Set Session Info, Get Session Info steps?
