How to pass sipheader info pass to media proxy via CUCM

Hi All

I have some information stored in ICM in sipheader  that I am able to relay to CVP, but how to relay that information from CVP to  CUCM and then to Media proxy through SIP header.

Basically I am trying to send some ECC variable out through ICM--> CVP --> CUCM --> Media Proxy --> Outside . Have to integrate that information in SIP header TO or FROM header. Which in Invite sent to outside via Media proxy SIP signalling.

Are you trying to add to the header in CVP/UCCE like outlined here?

Hi Bill,

I have passed some data in field "ICM in sipheader" to CVP successfully that I can see in logs. I want to pass that data to CUCM and to Media proxy SIP header. As my CUCM is having SIP communication with my Media Proxy.

Right, so if you send that call to a label on UCM for a phone for instance, do you see the additional information that you added for instance? Also, you might want to add in the version of UCCE, CVP, and UCM you have, in case it makes a difference/there are defects around it.

Hi Bill,

I am able to forward that information only till CVP but I am unable to pass that same information to CUCM and then Media proxy. Looking for any document or support which can guide how can I forward such information from CVP to CUCM and CUCM to Media proxy in SIP headers.
