Hello,
Can you ask me how to restart the UCCE and CUCM solution (CVP, router, logger, PG, IPVR, CUCM PUB, CUCM SUB, etc...)?
Thanks a lot for your help.

Hi,
I perform the UCCE restart as part of monthly windows patch update as below;
1. Restart the passive PG servers
2. Restart the active PG servers
above limit the agent client application fail over once if we start the passive one first.
3.Restart the CVP servers one by one (use CVP OPS console gracefully shut down and followed by the respective CVP server restart)
4. Rogger B restart and then Rogger A restart.
I couldn't find any documents for the restart as such, but the start up sequence is mentioned in the book by Gary Ford as below;
Logger Side A
Router Side A
PG Side A
Logger B
Router B
PG Side B
AWHDS
Rest of the servers.

Hi,
It depends on for what purpose you are looking to restart the system?
if you are initializing the system you can follow below order:
--> Start Center Controller (Start Router and Logger in any order)
--> Start Peripheral gateways
--> Start IP IVR
--> Start CUCM PUB Followed by SUB
Perhaps some else also can share their comments.

The sequence is posted on this thread. What part doesn't make sense so we can address it.
