How to Upload (Faq) files to Cisco Agent Desktop

I have a client that needs to upload FAQ files to the Cisco Agent Desktop to be accessible by all agents. How can i achieve this task?

Hi,

can you please give us more details about "FAQ files" - are we talking about documents containing text, perhaps?

If so, you could convert these documents to HTML and serve them over HTTP and embed them into the CAD.

Hi,

alright, so you can easily save this as HTML, put it on a webserver (personal choice: Apache, but IIS or <your preferred> should work too). The CAD contains a built in web browser. You can send the URL of the HTML version of this document to there.
