We have just completed installing ICM 7.0 at our first customer site. After leaping over many hurdles we have now run into a problem with the new Dynamic Reskilling page. It simply does not load. We have tried using http://<IP Address>/reskill, as well as https://<IP Address>/reskill. Neither comes up with the page. Webview is working perfectly and so is support tools. We have verified that the Apache service is installed and running. Jaguar is installed and running. IIS is installed and running. We have rebooted several times, re-run through the setup, and tried getting to the page from multiple machines and on the server itself.
Has anyone gotten the dynamic reskilling page to work, and if so, do you have any advice for us?

Andy,
I am still having problems getting the Agent re-skilling page to come up.
I tried the url you suggested, and I am getting the following error:
Status:504 Gateway Time-out
Description: Unable to connect to origin Web server
I have Webview running, all of the services are running. I am not sure what else to check.
