Hello,
Did you configure the PG on the configuration manager before you start the installation of the PG PIM ?

Hello,
From your PC (which has the CTIOS client) go to c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc then open a file called hosts
at the end of the file , add
XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX (ip address of the uccepsrawler) uccesprawler
save the file and restart the machine then try to login.

hello Ayo,
Where you ever able to resolve this? I am having similar issue configuring my PG2A and B. My PIM, JGW1 and CTISVR are all idle while my MDS and PGAGent are active on PG2A and Not Active on PG2B.
I have checked all settings and entries and cannot find anything wrong with the PG setup. I've installed the 32-bit version of the JTAPI from the call manager but can't figure out why its not staying active.

This is a silly question but did you restart the box after installing the windows JTAPI client ????

I have done that and still no joy. The interesting thing is that when I assign a phone to the jtapi user, the jtapigw sees the DN of the phone. If i make any chnage to the DN, the jtapigw sees the change and reports it in its messages. What could be wrong..I am really frustrated now. I have even re-installed the Jtapi. deleted the PG and reconfigured it. What else can I look at

Could it be some config missing from the admin workstation ? can you share the PG config from the AW side please ?

Hello,
Sorry , i found that there is a mistake.
on the peripheral gateway configuration , you didn't configure the logical controller ID ????????? it is set to 1 , take this number from the PG config from the configuration manager which i assume it is 5000

Amer,
I am in the process of installing hte CTI server now.
I cant seem to pull the config for the PG from the Config manager. When I go to Config manager, configure ICM, pg explorer and click on retrive, it gives me nothing, so I cant even see the PG config from there. Attached is what I see. I have changed the logica controller ID and still says idle.
Also while I am installing the CTI server, I have specified port 42027 as the port number, but the install says its in use. I even tried 42028 and says its in use.
Thanks for your help. I have been on this for about 3 days now. I really appreciate the support.
