Hi All,
I am not seeing rtr logs like before , not sure what changed and where to look.
I am doing the same exact thing to pull the icm router logs - dumplog rtr /bd 05/22/2025 /bt 10:00 /ed 05/22/2025 /et 15:00 /o
and even tried from portico -- but no data is showing .. I am just trying to see the last week rtr logs for a specific 30min
any idea where to check if logging is enabled or not or what could be the reason for not showing any rtr logs

Hello,
Please check, that you are running command in correct path (cdlog [ra|rb]
Also I would advise you to doublecheck, that you are running it on the correct server. If not, please doublecheck, that your CC was running about that time or it might be, that logs are overwritten already.

just one question -- the router logging level 99- custom hurts ICM router ?

Look in the Windows directory for the logs and see what you see as far as the file size/last modified date.
It couldbe someone turned up tracing and the reason you don't see it is that the logs are being overwritten.
Try and look for the logs for the last 30 minutes of today for instance, do you see those?
Also, open Router Log Viewer on the HDS, is it updating?
