Hi Sandeep,

Did u create ECC variable in ICM config manager? if not first create below ECC variables and then use in your icm script Set node.

 ECC variables –

user.microapp.media_server and user.microapp.locale

Mukesh

Hi,

Let me explain in detail here on how to create ECC variables:

ECC variables are used by the CVP microapplications. We must enable this on ICM AW server. To enable ECC variable, follow the path, Configure ICM-->Enterprise-->System Information. Expand System Information and double click on it when System Information window open, check the check box Expanded Call Context Enabled. Click save and close.

Step 1: Login into AW server. Choose Configuration Manager --.Configure ICM -->Enterprise -->Expanded Call Variable --> Expanded Call Variable List and Click Retrieve. Check here, how many
Variables start from user….. If not, we should create user variables and enable that user variable.

Hi Mukesh,

Thanks for support.

But bro I don't know how actually define and set ECC variable.

I found a doc in cisco:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/ipcc_enterprise/ippcenterprise9_0_1/configuration/guide/UCCE_BK_CF9DE244_00_configuration-guide-for-cisco-unified/CCMP_BK_CF9DE244_00_configuration-guide-for-cisco-unifie...

But according to this doc

Step 1   Within the Configuration Manager, select Tools > Miscellaneous Tools > System Information.

The System Information window appears.

Step 2   Select Expanded call context enabled.
Note    For additional information refer to the online Help.
Step 3   Click Save to apply your changes.

Not able to find System information under Miscellaneous Tools.

Are you using PCCE deployment ? from the below snapshot it doesn't look like UCCE deployment. Based on your deployment check corresponding guides.

Yes here i am using PCCE Deployment.

I found in PCCE guide how to set enable ECC variable.

Finally,

Thanks Mukesh and Sasikumar for your support.
