Identify the phone an agent is logged on

Hi all,

When I receive a CALL_ESTABLISHED_EVENT, I see the answeringDeviceID is the agentID, and I am wondering if there is a way for me to find out the phone this agent is logged on? for example, the DeviceName / MAC of the phone where the agent is logged on.

I think you can try MAC address
