Hello
we want to upgrade the CUCM (new hardware and new IP address) but maintaining the current UCCx. Is this scenario possible, in other words, all I need to do in UCCX is to run the command 'set uccx provider ip axl'?
Thank you
Marcos

Hi there,
you need to change not only axl but also jtapi and rmcm.
set uccx provider ip axl - Sets the Unified CCX AXL provider IP address.
set uccx provider ip jtapi - Sets the Unified CCX JTAPI provider IP address.
set uccx provider ip rmcm - Sets the Unified CCX Resource Manager-Contact Manager provider IP address.
Restart the CCX Engine service and tomcat services.
you also need to run the JTAPI synchronization post-upgrade.
Ensure that the new UCM version is compatible with the CCX version if you are not upgrading it.
