this is the call Flow
SIP VXML Gateway------->CUPS-------->CVP----->ICM---->CUCM--->AGENT. Then CUPS is acting as proxy server
The Call from new SIP trunk , is received by CTI agent desktop and reserved ,but unable to reach agent phone and disconnects the calls after 18 secs with cause code reason q.850 cause=127
But the call is working fine trough analog lines which is connected to teh same gateway. So please advice

Hello,
To better understand, is the problem only when the call is not recieved by Agent, can you hear WAV, is the Send to VRU node successful?

We can hear the wave file and getting Busy Music on hold wave file , once agent is ready , agent desktop it is changed to reserved and able to hear the ringing but call is not getting in Agent Phone .

We have routed the SIP trunk call to CUCM ,- back to gateway via CTI route point. Now Everything is working fine
