Informix ODBC access to UCCX 9.0.2.11002-27

Hello,

I am trying to configure an ODBC connection to UCCX 9.0.2.11002-27

When I use the wallboard user - uccxwallboard - the connection works fine.

However when I try using the historical reporting user - uccxhruser - the connection fails with a message saying incorrect password or user not known.

I know that the password is correct so the problem would seem to be the username. Does anyone know is the username for the historical reporting user has been changed in this version?

If the username has not been changed then can anyone suggest why the connection works with uccxwallboard and fails with uccxhruser?

The username is uccxhruser - it hasn't changed.

Have you tried resetting the password in appadmin, tools -> password management?

Thanks for the response.

I was not looking when I was changing the password and it was not updating properly - it remembers the last five passwords and rejects the passwordif you do not comply with this policy.

Feeling a bit daft at the moment
