I am trying to integrate webex cc into dynamics 365. I followed this guide https://webexcc.github.io/pages/CRM/#microsoft-dynamics-365-integration and I am using the json desktop layout at this link as suggested https://github.com/CiscoDevNet/webex-contact-center-crm-integrations/blob/main/MS%20Dynamics/MSDynamics_Desktop_0.1.0_v1.5.3.json
The only difference I have made is that when I sign into webex through dynamics, I am selecting the 'Desktop' option because I do not have DN or Extension set up, and in the guide they are signing in using Extension.
I have attached an image of a calling coming through to webex cc inside dynamics.
After a call has ended, it is meant to automatically create a record of this call in 'Activities'.
However, this doesnt happen when I end a call, I have attached an image of the activities section with no record of my call.
Why are the calls not being recorded in activities. Is it because I am using Desktop and not extension or DN ?

There's also this one too, apparently much different depending on the version of Microsoft you're using. Hope these help.

Since it looks like that desktop github was updated a while ago, have you checked to see if any of the more recent stock desktop enhancements differ/conflict with that?
Also, this is a small article, but have you check this out for the caveats/desktop URLs to use?
