I have my CRA application setup to put the caller on hold for 30 sec if an agent is not available. For some reason it is picking up the wrong hold music.
Where can I look to see which MOH is being used. I have checked the CTI RP and the Extensions and all are using the correct MOH Stream.
Is there a way to tell what devices are using a particular stream?

If your script is using hold/unhold steps to play MOH as oppose to playing directly from CRS, then the source assigned to the cti ports is used.

That is what I thought, and I am pretty sure that all my cti ports are using the correct MOH. But will double check.
