Hello everyone,
I have strange situation with our IP IVR 10.0 deployment.
We have deployed two IP IVRs and I noticed on our firewall that both constantly trying to communicate with public IP 72.163.168.242 (which is Cisco IP address, confirmed with whois) on 514 port.
Does anyone know what service is this, maybe Call Home or something else, and how can I disable it?

Did you configure "smart call home" server by any chance?
You can check Serviceability --> Call Home configuration pages.

Hello,
thanks for answer.
I didn't configure anything regarding call home. Maybe its enabled by default.
I have problem to find this option, Serviceability --> Call Home, on IP IVR, neither I have luck to google it.
Did you mean to check Serviceability --> Call Home on CUCM?
It is disabled there.
