IP Phone agent login failure

Newly installed CRA server 3.1(3) integrated into CCM 3.3(3). IP Phone agent cannot login, error returned on phone is Invalid entry(s), retry. The agent login is valid in DC directory. The output from the agent login trace though appears to indicate the server cannot set the agent state to ready. This is the error:

00:38:04 10/28/2004 INFO ASL10013 Set agent state call failed (270).

00:38:09 10/28/2004 INFO TA10013 Set agent state call failed (270)

Hi,

The "Invalid Entry(s), retry" error will be seen if any one of the login entries is not valid and also if the phone is not associated to the RM JTAPI Provider userid on the Call Manager.

If problem still persists, please open a TAC case and provide MIVR trace with debug levels SS_TEL, SS_RM, SS_CM, SS_RMCM & ICD_CTI which would provide more login info.
