I thought that this functionality was only supported in UCCE environments, but now in Cisco Agent Desktop for Cisco Unified Contact Center Express 8.5 Data Sheet I can find it:
• Interprocess communication action (Premium): Integration that allows applications to communicate and coordinate their execution by passing information embedded in User Datagram Protocol (UDP) messages
Can you confirm me that it is possible to configure this type of interaction?
Yes, you can in UCCX 8.5. I've used it to attach meta data to a call in Quality Management.
