Hi All,
I have uccx 7.1.5 running with a Premium license. When trying to login i get an error saying there a licensing error and I need to try again in 5 minutes. I need to click okay twice here for the message to go away. Im then unable to get any email's from the queue...
The logs are showing the following.
2012-09-20 13:22:38:055 INFO Agent ACM0325 Load the agent profile
2012-09-20 13:22:42:410 INFO DAGT0000 Verify agent license.
2012-09-20 13:22:42:854 INFO DAGT0000 Load the agent configuration.
2012-09-20 13:22:42:868 INFO Agent CC1038 Package type is: Premium Version
2012-09-20 13:22:43:737 INFO DAGT0000 Verify agent license.
2012-09-20 13:23:53:991 WARN DAGT2067 Unable to obtain license type <email seat> from LRM.
2012-09-20 13:23:54:315 INFO DAGT1020 Login to telephony server.

Hi,
Looks like the LRM service is not responding on time.
Please try restarting the Desktop LRM service\ sync service from the UCCX control service.
DESK2067 Text: Unable to obtain license type from LRM.
Type: Warn
Add’l Info: Can not obtain license from LRM
Action: Check license usage and LRM server.

While I did not restart the service, i rebooted the sever several time's to the process too work.
