IPCC 20052 error

While doing a singlestep ( blind) transfer to certain numbers I get a controlfailureconf  with the following error message

"IPCC Error [20052]Redirect request failed." I believe this is something related to call manager and the error code means "unknown call manager destination". The question is how can I make the call manger to know that number ?  I think there should be a setting  which tells the CUCM which number it can do blind transfer to. Any help with this is much appreciated.

Hi,

Can  you play with the following registry value

UseRedirectAddressSearchSpace

It can be set to 0, 1, or 2

Location of the registry key

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cisco Systems, Inc.\ICM\ipcc1\PG1A\PG\CurrentVersion\JGWS\jgw1\JGWData\Dynamic

"UseRouteAddressSearchSpace"=dword:00000000 change dword:00000002

"UseRedirectAddressSearchSpace"=dword:00000000 change dword:00000002
