Hi, All.
Recently we have seen an error message from the CTIOS Agent Desktop and subsequently cause the current call to drop.
The message shows "The call has failed because of a network interruption."
Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Would appreciate any helpful advice or resolution.

Was the communication between Agent Phone and Gateway disturbed? These messages are displayed if the phone looses communication with the peer phone.

Hi Eric,
Is there any PIX in between, if yes- give the following commands:
no inspect H323 H225
no inspect H323 ras
See if this helps you.

Also check that your desktops are not set to auto negotiate their network connection speed (full duplex, no auto).
