CCM 3.3(3)SR3 with win-os-update 2000-2-7 and CSA 4.0.3.728-1.1.10; IPCC express 3.1(1)SR2 with win-os-update 2000-2-5 and CSA 4.0.1.539-1.1.5.

agent pc can't login, IPCC engine started no problem.

Try to check if DN 301 is associated to the user set up in your RM JTAPI Provider user in the ICD subsystem.

Does CAD can be installed on Windows XP SP2 client pc? I have installed the CAD with Media termination, but I failed to start CAD due to "Failed to start media termination".

Fail message is "Failed to start media termination"

I have installed CAD, without Media Termination, in Windows XP SP2 spanish without any known problem.

Actually my crs client is Windows XP SP2

And I found document about windows firewall maybe block CAD work. but it seems that if you unblock the necessary application, everything should goes well...

In the installation that I made with XP SP2, I didn't have to set up anything in the XP firewall.
