We are trying to setup an auto attendant tree whereby on pressing 1,2 or 3, the AA transfers the call to a mobile phone. If the mobile phone then doesn't answer or goes to voicemail, we would like the AA to pull the call back and try another number.
Has anyone managed to get this working on either IPCC Express, Unity or Call Manager?

Once the call is forwarded to any external phone that is not controlled by the Call manager you cannot pull the call back. Does not amtter if it is Express, or CCM or Unity

I think you should try exploring Cisco Mobility Manager for what you are trying to achieve.
It however rings multiple destinations at the same time.
