Hi,

My company is deciding which version of IPCC should buy and personally I have the following question:

Does the Enhanced version allows you to create and edit prompts?Is it the prompt editor included in the software?

Yes, you can record/delete/play prompts with the Enhanced version also.

Recording requires a script that you create with the editor. There are samples available for download.

Not sure if I understand what you are asking about the prompts itself or just way to input modified prompts into system.

You pretty much can do same thing with all versions regarding prompts the premium is used for CTI pop ups, data dips etc.
