Hi,
I have a IPCC Express 3.5(2) setup.I have two questions -
1.) Is it possible to grant restricted access to APPADMIN for supervisors,so that they can only change agent skills and move them from CSQ to another.
2.) On the Supervisor desktop,when skills option is selected nothing is displayed on the dataview pane.All other options are showing correct data.CSQ's are configured to route calls based on resource skills.

Here are the access privileges in appadmin for different types of users.

3. Installs client-side historical reporting.

It sounds to me like there are some scripting options that may work for you. Please be more specific with the requirements and we can determine if there are any other suitable options.

Regarding my Question#1 - One of my customer has a requirement that the supervisor should be able to change agent skills and move them to different CSQ's.This can acheived by using the ICD configuration page on APPADMIN.Is it possibel to provide access to supervisors to only the ICD configuration page of APPADMIN so that they can make necessary changes without changing anything else ?

Answer to Q#2 :
Please check if the CSQs are assigned to the team that is viewed by the supervisors. Meaning check if both the supervisor and the CSQ are assigned to the same team. For more information on configuration refer
