We have 2 IPCCX 5.0 servers in a cluster.
I like to know if we will be able to make changes to the config (such as adding/deleting an agent) when the primary ipccx server goes down.
Does the IPCCX Cluster work the same way as 4.x and 5.x CCM Cluster?
Many Thanks,

Hi
Yes, you can make changes while the second server is up and running. I hope you are using SQL 2K with sp4.

Hi,
Yes UCCX 5.0 supports HA (high availability) therefore you can do this.
Is SQL co-resident or on an expansion server (on a different box than both the UCCX servers)?

Hi Tim,
Tx a lot for the reply.
The SQL server is co-resident.
Tx again.
