Does anyone know if and when Cisco will provide High Availability standby redundancy for IPCC express?

Look for it in the next major release of IPCC Express. Last I heard it was scheduled for release next month sometime.

You were right on the money. Seems like IPCCX 4.0 is released, I was able to check out the release notes.
