IPPA Agent with Extension Mobility cannot log in

Hi Everybody!

I created EM Profile, EM profile associated with end user. Associated every potencial IP phone to rmcm user, I can log in with extension mobility in the phone but I can't login to ipcc.

I already sincronize IPCC but didn't work.

Hi Hernan,

Do you have problems just with users that use Extension Mobility or with every agent that try to log into IPPA?

Does the URL is ok?

Do you choose the IPCC extension in the end user in CUCM admin page?

Thanks for your response!

I have 9 agents and 7 IP phones 7942. All agents can use Extension Mobility but only 2 agents cannot log on into UCCX. The message that I got for this 2 agents is the extension is not associated with the user id.

In the End User configuration (CUCM) the Primary Extension is not configured and the IPCC Extension is configured but didn't work. I configured the Primary extension and I have the same error.

Try to synchronize the directory services from the desktop administrator.

Can you check the extension mobility profile and ensure that its CTI enabled for the two phones that does not work?


I believe you stated that the two device profiles are already associate to the RMCM user, verify this and try removing and adding again.
