Hi all,
We have some 8941 & 8945 handsets and I want to get IPPA working.
I have upgraded my UCCX server to 8.5.1.11004-25 (8.5.1SU4) which according to the compatibility matrix offers support for the above handsets.
I followed http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/custcosw/ps1846/products_tech_note09186a008029e6d5.shtml and configured “one button login” which works fine on my 7961, but when I “subscribe” on my 8941 it doesn’t even appear in the menu!
Any ideas?

Hi Matty,
As per the compatibility matrix.
I can see there are two defects
Please upgrade the firmware on these phones.

Hi Chakshu,
The phones were already running: 9-2-3-5, I checked and the latest version is: 9-3-2-11 so I upgraded to that but it's made no difference!

Hi All,
FYI if anyone is trying to do this my work around was to use the 'Add a new SURL' and place this on one of the line buttons on the phones.
IPPA still does not appear in the list when the applications button is pressed but it does work with the above shortcut.
My agents can logon and recieve calls etc.
