Issue in Cisco Unified CCE Deployment – VM Configuration Mismatch

Hi Team,

We are currently encountering an error in our Unified CCE Administrationt12.5  screen. The issue appears to be due to a mismatch between the "Unmatched Virtual Machines" and the "Allowed Virtual Machines" for the selected deployment configuration.

Best regards,

Amrendra Choubey

Is this a new install, was it working and then this start happening, etc.?

Hi Bill,

I hope you're doing well.

The system has been working fine for the last six years, but recently, we’ve started experiencing some issues. This problem only began occurring recently, and nothing significant has changed on our end.

Could you please take a look or advise on the next steps?

Let me know if you need any additional details.

I would get a TAC case open if you haven't made any changes and you're seeing this message and you mentioned you're having other issues.
Also, you say it's been working for 6 years, I don't think 12.5 has been out that long, are you referring to a previous system?

I think you're right Bill. This seems like an upgrade from previous version. Even if that is the case, PCCE is very strict about disk and memory allocation and none of the previous version supports disk as large as 650 GB.

Hi Amrendra, I am assuming D drive of rogger was expanded and then you started seeing this alert, because PCCE 12.5 supports max of 500 GB of D drive on rogger and previous version support lesser than that.

So I would suggest to lower D drive of your Rogger to below 500 GB and then run the deployment again. You can verify this from CCBU logs of AW also.

I hope this helps.

Regards, Piyush
