Hi All,
Is there any specific guides on how to setup IVR for specific number in the Cisco call manager ? I did see the system config guide for CUCM, but it spoke more of activating the IVR service in general but nothing specific about setting up IVR for specific numbers. Currently, there is an IVR already in place, but i do not know how to check the existing script or the way it has been configured. Please do guide on setting this up. Appreciate your help !

Are you talking about UCCX or CUCM's IVR feature? To create/edit/view scripts for UCCX, you need to download/install the CCX Editor plugin available through the UCCX Admin webpage.
