I did not see it mentioned/considered during the beta trials but I would expect this to work. Teams mode in Jabber only replaces the messaging interface. The CSF telephony components, including CTI control/observation by CCX which is more of a CUCM function anyway, should be the same. I know this is not a formal letter of support but if it’s any consolation, the CCX team doesn’t delineate between IM&P vs. Webex Messenger either - they have no impact on the CSF functionality.
