Jtapi service is running but can't displayed in portico service

Hi all,

I installed ICM 12.6 Version last week

Then i played test ment("HelloWorld") properly and also connected to agent.

It works perfect.

So it means jtapi works properly.

but when i went to portico service

i can't see jtapigw.exe service in portico page.

Is there any case where the service is running but the portico can't displayed?

Both Agent PG and VRU PG patched ICM 12.6 Version

DAW : additionally patched up to ES08

ROG(Router and Logger) : additionally patched up to ES06

CUCM : 12.5 Version

Dump the jgw1 log and post it here... preferably after a service cycle of your agent PG

Thanks for quick response.
Unfortunately, i deleted that server so it's not there anymore
but in the near future i will install again maybe in this week i think.
Anyway i saw jtapi tools logs and also portico jtapi logs.
And also i compared different servers where are displayed normally.
There aren't no difference i think
So what i want to ask is this
"Have you seen case like me?"
