List of Hyperlinks

Hello,

If i wanted to create a list of hyperlinks in Finesse Agent desktop, do I need to create a custom gadget for it, or can I embed it in the layout xml?

Anything you want to put inside Finesse requires you to create a Custom Gadget to do so (which ultimately you put into the Layout).  This would be a *very* simple Gadget though.  If you pull a Sample Gadget from DevNet you could probably put something together in less than hour (depending on how "fancy" you want it to be).
