I get the following message when i try to log into CAD "An extension on the agent phone is shared with one or more other devices. The configuration is not supported" I apprciate any help. Thanks,

Shared lines are not supported with acd, remove the line appearance from non call center phones/devices.

Is that only for the agent extensions?

Yeah, you can only assign one ICD extension per user account. Any regular extension should work fine. I actually have a user not logged on extension for all my Extension Mobility enabled devices. It is working accrossed about 100 computers and 20 hard phones.

In Call Manager, go to Call Routing > Route Plan Report, find the extension and de-associate any additional devices/extension mobility profiles found under CTI controlled devices.
