Looking to create a new user in ucce database for external tesing

Hi,

I'm looking to create a new user with special characters in it as a request from a team in my organization to test something. How can we create that in UCCE database, we have currently ucce 10.5, ucce 12, ucce 12. Please help with any suggestion on how to create a user in UCCE database in any of them!

You need to be more specific on what type of user you're after. Is it a DB user, then use SQL Studio. Is it an agent or supervisor, then use Config Manager/CCE Admin.
