loud IVR-Prompts

Three customers complaning about a loud prompt when in IVR-Queue. Is there any option in Cisco IP-IVR to resolve this issue?

Load the prompt into an audio manipulation package and reduce the amplitude (e.g. Audacity, or MS Sound Recorder allows volume changes). Remember to save the new prompt in the correct format.
