Has anyone successfully performed a LumenVox - UCCX ASR integration?

Yes. Their documentation was pretty easy to follow and their support was stellar to work with.

Hi David,
I'm struggling to get their basic hello world script to function. I have basic experience with UCCX scripting - but I am beginning to think that we would have to engage a 3rd party to build out our main line ASR and that's not an option as we didn't budget for it.
Do you have a basic ASR script that you could share? If not, I understand.
Best,
Amir

Not worth the time and effort to build out an on prem solution. We rolled one up in AWS Connect using LEX and the proof of concept looks very promising. Perhaps we will replace UCCX with an AWS Connect call center in the future as well.
Thanks,
Amir

It certainly depends on your use case. Yes Connect is very nice, but if you have an advanced IVR I think you're going to strugle with the transition. Also if you do a lot of internal transfers via the IVR or if you do anything with voicemail you're going to struggle. I enjoyed working with Connect, but it's been built by someone who doesn't really run a standard call center.
