Hello All,
I have a customer who needs the caller and 5 agents to be placed into a conference call automatically .
for example , if the customer dials a specific number , 5 phones will start to ring then when they answer All should be in a conference call and able to hear and talk each other .
is there any possibility to apply this in Cisco collaboration products ?
