max agents logged in and max calls on CVP

Hi All,

need some help on how to check maximum agent logged in to any PG and also max number of call hit the CVP in the last week.

I am not sure which table on the HDS has this details , I can check the real time data  but not sure on the historical .

Lok in the CUIC standard license consumption report that Cisco provides, that will give you max concurrent agents. CVP is a little trickier since depends on exactly what you're looking for (CVP ports, VMXL ports, something else).
Some of these may also be available to you if you're on a system with Smart Licensing as well, since Cisco will be watching this usage.
