I'm using McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator v4.0.0. This distributes McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.5i to target machines.
There are dozens of configurable options on VirusScan and some can have a detrimental effect on system performance. I found the following doc on CCO which describes how to configure VirusScan for CallManager...
I cannot find anything similar for ICM/CVP, can anyone help?

Okay, after doing some more digging I found something on page 65 of the following doc...

An old document and an even older one here...
