Media routing PIMs not going active

The only error message I get are from the Dialer stating that Media Routing PIM is not connected. Any thoughts?

Hi Bruce,

Have you configured MR PGs in the PG explorer on AWS? You will also need to add MR PGs and relevant dialer port range under Configuration Mgr > Outbound Option > Campaigns > Dialer
