Planning for a Mediasense upgrade from 11.0 to 11.5 as we are going to UCCX 11.6/CUCM 11.5. I have 3 HA pairs to upgrade. The guide says that the upgrade can take longer time if there are more records . Is it possible to build new 11.5 and export/import data from 11.0 to 11.5? Thereby I can cutover from old to new system on the same day when new UCCX is going live.
