Hi Experts,
Would like to know if there's a Cisco link where we can confirm if pending windows patches are compatible with our ICM version.
Knowing this would be helpful in preventing potential treats to be installed on our ICM servers.
ICM v8.5(4) and ICM 10.0(2)

Cisco used to publish this on monthly basis but go away from it in last couple of days. Here is the policy:

My advice is the following, specially if you've not patched your servers in ages. Choose 5-10 patches at a time, only patch one side of your call center and then let it run for a week. Once that's done patch the other side and repeat.
