This isn't a question....more of a "you need to be aware of this one".
Customer has a UCCX 11.6 system they are finally being forced to upgrade to 12.5. CUCM is currently at 11.5, and will get upgraded in a few days.
After upgrading the UCCX cluster to 12.5 SU3, I went to put ES06 on there. There is a note at the top of the readme that says you MUST install another COP file, ciscouccx.1251.su3.ES04_and_later-cucm_11_5_12_0_compatible.118.cop.sgn, if you're going to use the system with either CUCM 11.5 or 12.0. However, if you search for this COP file, it is NO WHERE to be found!
Ended up opening a TAC case, and finally worked out that the file you need is actually UCCX_1251_SU3_es_04_special.zip. When you open the zip file, low and behold, the name of the actual COP inside that is the named file I was searching for.
I spent a bit of time tearing my hair out on this one, so if it helps someone else, it will make me happy.

Did you get the file from Cisco TAC, or was it available on software.cisco.com? I tried to find the file you mentioned, UCCX_1251_SU3_es_04_special.zip, on software.cisco.com, but I couldn’t locate it for download.
