Hello Everyone!
We have a Mitel Phone system using SIP with a conference room phone. We are trying to get to the root cause of calls dropping a Web-Ex session after 30 - 40 minutes. For example, I used my cell phone to join a Web-Ex session and 40 minutes into the call, I heard the Web-ex (join / disconnect) sound and the audio dropped. My cell phone showed me as still connected. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

is this webex cloud or webex on premise?
