Modify Finesse Toast notification?

Hi everyone,

Do you know if it is possible to modify the toast notification to contain info besides the caller ID?  I'd like to add

data from a PV to display caller name, as defined in the ICM script.

Hi Tim,

I am not aware of any way to change the toaster notification. The code isn't open sourced and there isn't any configuration options on the admin console.

One option would be to use 2Ring's Gadgets for Cisco Finesse.  2Ring gadgets have toast notifications amongst many other features.  Below is an image from our demo system.
