Can you have multiple ICD lines on the same phone that have the same extension?
Both lines will be in the same partition.
Our operators would like the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously.

The short answer is no. The long answer is that you can only log into a single icd extension on a phone at any one time. In order to accomplish this you would need to use Attendant Console for your operators as opposed to IPCC Express.

How about if they are two appearances of the same ICD extension? Still no?

Yeah, unfortunately not. That would actually cause numerous problems as JTAPI (jtapi 2.x has fixed some of the issues but not on CRS) doesn't support having a the same directory appear twice regardless of the partition they are in.
